    We provide a well-rounded fitness experience with an array of options, including free weights and a variety of cardio machines such as treadmills, stationary bikes, and ellipticals.
  • Can residents reserve the party room and kitchen for private events, and what is the process for doing so?
    Certainly! To confirm their reservation, residents are asked to e-transfer a security deposit of $250. Our concierge is available to assist with the booking process and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Are there specific hours of operation for the co-working coffee lounge?
    Yes, the hours are 6 a.m. - 11 p.m.
  • What amenities are provided in the Rooftop Sky Lounge?
    The Sky Lounge is equipped with a view bar, kitchen, dining area, fireplace, TV and living room.
  • Can residents reserve the Zoom Rooms for business meetings or gatherings?
    Yes, we have two Zoom Rooms that can be booked through concierge.
  • When can I access the car wash?
    The car wash is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Additionally, our prime location ensures easy access to numerous bus stops and well-established bicycle lanes, facilitating seamless and efficient travel throughout the city via public transportation.
  • Is parking available for residents, and what are the options and costs?
    Yes, parking is available for residents with various options. Residents can choose from unassigned spots, a second spot based on availability, EV parking stalls, and motorcycle parking. For detailed information about the prices, please contact our leasing team.
